I would think your best option is to go to a custom coach works or just an upholstery that does work with leather. Being in SoCal, there are dozens of options. Wrapping a automotive dashboard, seats or couch isn't all the different. Biggest challenge will be deciding how you want them done. One piece or multiple pieces stitched together, then the choice of stitching options. Then finding suitable hides that match in color and consistency.

I think I would want three pieces per speaker, with deviated stitching on the left and right of the front.
