Hi All,
After further discussions there has been a slight change to the Theatre Room line up. With the huge interest in MQA it seems logical that the premium facilities should be showcasing this amazing new technology.
Please see below all of the products that will be available for audition. As you can see this will once again be a fantastic showcase for all things Meridian.
Room 1: (Theatre area) This room will demonstrate 818 being used in a 2channel video setup with the ability to play MQA
DSP Black (7200SE or 5200SE)
818 MQA Prototype
Control:15 Black
HD621
Room 2: This Room will demonstrate MQA
DSP Black (5200SE, 7200SE or 8000SE)
818 MQA Prototype
Control:15
Room 3: Entry level Theatre.
G65
MS200 DSP3200 x4
DSP3300 DSW

Room 4: General area for product talk with personal audio bar

We very much look forward to meeting as many of you as possible over the weekend.
Kind regards,
Richard.

Will you be able to compare hi-res files (24/96 and above) with MQA files playing the same music?
I take it from your reply above that you will not now be featuring an 861 prototype able to render MQA?

Hi Howard,
That's a good question, I will see if we can source this.
In terms of the 861v8, we were going to use an 818 alongside it and demo 5.1 as well as MQA. The focus will now be on 2 channel.
Kind regards,
Richard.

Hi Del,
Reservations are only required for the MQA talk on Saturday so you can arrive at your leisure on Friday.
Kind regards,
Richard.
