That is because you are on different subsets, how ok are you with configuring your PC IP address? Basically if you can configure it to an IP address of 192.168.2.112 and connect it to the MS600 or connect both devices to an unmanaged switch then you should be able to browse to the MS600 IP address ok, then you will be able to set it to DHCP a on the config page, then reset the pc IP address and you should be up and running.
