I would have thought with all the new things involving Tidal they will wait till that is up and ready to go before releasing the new app. Whether they are also waiting for Tidal in include MQA titles is another thing.

It's pretty clear that the studios will have to 1) experience the new product, 2) license it from Meridian, 3) start re-scanning all their analog tapes, 4) apply the algorithm, 5) get the newly created files to lossless streaming sites like Tidal and Deezer. Looking forward to the product, but please be patient!
