So, I've read through this thread and am trying to figure out in terms of quality (best to least), what are the options that work with a G68ADV with a minimum of fuss? I saw one post about someone who bought the Acopian 51212T13A but it seems from the chart that that one is too big and won't fit in the G68? Is that correct.
Thanks for all the research and trial and error you've done!!!
Nick, The CP498 LPSU you recommend seems to be discontinued. What is the next unit you would recommend?
Hi Brax,
There are lots of alternatives: HCAA-60W HCBB-75W CP-131A HDBB-105W HDCC-150W
Condor and Power One make all those models, they're effectively the same thing.

Hello to all.
Excused my writing, I am French and...
Thank you for great work. The reading is very interesting. I have recently a CP498 LPUS but I do not have the instructions. It is possible to confirm how I connect it in Meridian G61R? Red. Red. Black. Black. Blue. Yellow.
Is it also necessary to change the voltage? : 5.0v 5.2v
I have read all the posts in this discussion (and others) and remain uncertain of what I should do.
I have a G68. I replaced the original power supply a couple of years ago with another Switch Mode Power Supply. It is now clicking so I need to repeat the process. My quesution is whether I should take this opportunity to switch (excuse the pun) to using an external linear power supply or just bung in another SMPS. I am a touch reluctant to go down that path again given the previous one has not lasted all that long.
Any feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated. I need to act soon as the G68 is clicking a lot.
Thanks Paul
