To experience TIDAL at its finest, Sonos, Denon HEOS, Harman Omni, Bluesound & NAD, Auralic, Meridian, Electrocompaniet, Simple Audio, Raumfeld, Dynaudio, Audiovector, Pro-ject, Airable by Tune In Media, HiFiAkademie and ickStream will all have products that seamlessly work with TIDAL and many more household names will be announced shortly. Great news! Now just release it already

I don't see any timing in this Sooloos update thread. Have M commented about timing for a pending Sooloos update?

Not sure if it has been mentioned, but I find infuriating not to be able to pick my favorite individual songs in a CD from the iPad App. That's my only request really, simple.

Surely you just mark them as pick tracks and select "play pick tracks". Or have I misunderstood you? It would be usefull to edit pick tracks from core control though. Chris

Yes, it would be nice to do that, but you can't from the iPad app (unless there's been an update to the app that I'm not aware of).

I think Plasmatico is referring to the fact that you cannot create a Focus that plays pick tracks only as discussed earlier in this thread

But you can't "star" tracks from Core Control right?

If you are desperate enough, you can use Safari on the iPad and point it at your Core and select pick tracks that way. (Control:Web)
Improving the iPad software would be nicer though (or how about the full Control interface on a Windows tablet?)
If the iPad can't cache artwork like the Control:X's then how about pre-reading/locking it into cache at the Core end?

It is an added value for Meridian would-be-customers in 57 countries and the present Sooloos base. Currently (next to my MC200) I also have a dedicated streaming PC with JRiver and Spotify desktop Beta. Spotify routed through JRiver WDM driver into my DDDAC. With this I can use my Spotify app on my iPad and play with pretty darn good audio quality over my streamer. Ease of use is awesome. Adding a 'connect' option in Sooloos for Spotify would be a killer one in my view. True, you cannot use the Sooloos interface (although you could add a switch button in the app I guess), but you would still get the benefit of a great HW/SW audio platform and make that platform more versatile. Frankly I was pretty wowed with my NUC streamer setup ease of use and quality. Sooloos should be able to beat that
