I seem to be having issues with optical outputs on my G61R. It appears only one input is working (01).
Version 1.07/4408
Unusually when I purchased this after having a mad 5 minutes selling all my previous brand new equipment it had to have a new PSU within a few weeks and all of the optical blanking plugs were missing. It has not been a problem before but now I need to use two outputs.
I was hoping it may be something obvious I have not tried or a firmware issue? It could possibly be dirt but I feel unlikely on all of the rest though.

Hi yes I mean inputs (sorry for the obvious mistake).
I did all programming through front menu. If it makes a difference I can check PC software at the weekend (although I have never connected this one through PC).

I would go through config and set it that way. I expect that's all It is and it's an obvious first step. Good luck, Chris
No 18 in the Hall of fame I have simple tastes; I am content to settle for the best: GIK monster bass panels, rear wall. QNAP TVS 471i3. Roon into DSP5200SE via 210/ 218 zone... Explorer 2. Bluesound Pulse 2, Mini & Flex. 596v1, 518, Foxsat HD, Sony BDP, Pioneer 5090, 2 Chromecast's for LRB videos. MS200 to F80 for a Roon zone
Well good news is I now have two of the inputs working. The bad news is I cannot tell if it was the firmware reload or reprogramming of the two inputs again.
Anyway all programming done from front panel so can confirm this was not the reason. Still possible I had done something silly.

Curiously, I've had inputs stop working after being in the sine/sub/sens menu. (D10 I think). Needed a power cycle to recover. Thought I'd lost an input. Never had to resort to a full re-config though.
I set my G61r optical input for my MC200 from the front panel. Then PANIC no sound? Forgot to turn the speakers on (bye bye standby) Still no sound, Major Panic!!! Rebooted everything and then realised I'd selected the wrong zone. I admit this freely as I suspect most of us have done this sort of thing. You don't have to be clever, but it helps lol
Cheers, Chris
