Yes, this is reassuring. I set up a new source with coax for regular CD and I will use HDMI for SACD although I can't get Trifield. Hi again, Another thought; you could setup an 861 source and specify D1 rather than MMHR (MD1 if using coax). With D1 being only for 2 channel the 861 would ignore D2 and D3 and thus offer all 2 channel presets. Regards, Carl
