A while ago the forum was revamped and more Meridian insights and involvement were promised. This was met with some healthy skepticism which I believe has been really put to bed with recent activities, culminating in a touch of executive presence.  Congrats on the new challenge, and keep up this increased focus on customer interaction and satisfaction!
