Have you configured the multi channel input ?
Also the 800 has to be setup correctly to output MHR on the multi channel output.
- Decode bitstream in player: main only
- Maximum sample rate: 96 Khz
- MHR: main only
- enable multi channel output: yes

And than in the 96 menu (This is the "96" menu that you get by pressing <9><6><enter> on the remote with the Disc tray open) check:
- the decode DTS option needs to be set to "no" and the decode MPEG option needs to be set to "yes".
