this SE upgrade has led to questions about the replaced parts policy. As I see it, the value of replaced hardware isn�t much compared with the total upgrade cost. Prices will drop when upgraders try to sell their excess parts at the same time. But, I wonder if the EU have policies about this. Who owns the replaced backplane? Any lawyers out there?
