Yes I actually did pull both OA18 cards out yesterday just to make sure they were jumpered correctly and yes Kishore did them correctly as I suspected so it isn't that.

I tried Type 1 on the 861 and then tried it before and after uploading the config file but still nothing.

Currently I have 2 XLR cables running to the sub's input and I have tried only running 1 in different configurations and still nothing coming from the sub. This has me totally stumped.

Thanks for the comments though. Everything is worth a try.
