Here is a article Truth about Beryllium_Diaphragms from 2009.
They refer that even in very old yamaha speakers (1987...) Beryllium was used. But Technology have moved and hopefully Marketing too.

SEAS also have a Beryllium chassis and SEAS is used in Meridian speakers - so maybe that will used. As long as you don't play to loud the tweeter will not burn and harm you
