I noticed this comment and wondered (and I'm sure you have) if you have tried a new/different modem/router... I was getting cut outs when listening to radio and after a suggestion from someone (can't remember who!) swapped out my modem/router, hey presto I don't think I have had a single cut out when listening to radio since.

Apologies if this doesn't apply to your situation but as it was such a relief to solve this issue in my system and enjoy radio again I thought I would share just in case.
