The esteemed Tintin provided an immaculate pair of DSP5200s in maple veneer (by far the nicest timber finish, IMHO) at a very fair price, and shipped them all the way to the Antipodes after specially sourcing new boxes to make sure they arrived in one piece. Sonic joy has resulted.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tintin before, and he is a complete gentleman who is very generous of his time for fellow HHers. He's always gone to exceptional lengths to make sure equipment arrives in first class order, is a complete pessimist when he describes its condition, and has always been readily available on email to patiently answer random and ignorant questions.

He's a top bloke whom I highly commend.

Great guy. Bought a set of DSP5000 18bit from him. He shipped fast and packed it like king tut's tomb. They arrived without issue and look great and sound great. No problems at all.

I had a very pleasant small transaction with Adam(Loess) buying a 511 patch box that made for a good introduction to this rookie on the site. Helped me decipher some of the HH code words & gave good attention to communication and shipping details. I appreciated him & gladly recommend him as a seller.

Why do people on this forum so often write "PM sent" in threads in this section?

If you receive a PM there will be a small icon on the top of this page, and with proper settings you will also get an e-mail.

To me it is like when people used to call to tell that they just sent you an e-mail...

If you're not logged on, you won't see the icon. Also the PM might not get there for some reason (looking at past posts, this appears to have happened). Belt and braces!

After recently acquiring a wonderfully Reubenesque 861v8 to replace my G68, I decided to purchase some Revivers from Robert. W. They came quickly and perform flawlessly. What I must also point out is that I have never come across better packaged and protected leads as these before. Royal mail could have played football with the box and I doubt the leads would have budged. This is indicative of the evident care that he has to have put into making his products. That, and the extensive emails I received on how I could best maximise the potential of my system. I am very appreciative. Thanks Robert.
