Generalising slightly but:
In the UK prices are deemed to include VAT unless otherwise stated. We have one VAT rate across the UK.
Over simplification. We have multiple rates of VAT, such as zero rate (many food items etc, physical books?), 5% (energy related things, including installation), 20% (most items). Business items are normally shown excluding VAT (as many businesses reclaim VAT), consumer products must have the VAT included.
But going back to the generalisation, anything audio related that people will be buying for home hifi is likely to be VAT inclusive price, unless it is professional equipment when you need to look at
