I have gone from SBT to MC200, and its not too painful. It will keep most of the metadata you have. You just have to double check before you actually import to make sure that something hasn't changed. I imported each album one at a time in the end. I started by trying to import the whole library at the same time and regretted it as some errors occurred, and I had to go through everything to see what was incorrect.
Most of my albums imported without a hitch. It's the compilations which sometimes threw it a bit.
