So just to clarify will a MS600 + MD600 + iPad combination work?
Sorry for asking so foolish, but I think I've read different statements somewhere...

When the MD600 was first released, it was NOT a Sooloos core. A subsequent firmware update added the ability for it to act as a core.

Yes... that is correct. And very good it is too. Agreed - very nice sounding source for my system and performs flawlessly. As an update, I've since removed the power conditioner to the MS600 as it was inhibiting dynamics. You're better off with the stock power cord or a quality aftermarket power cord. Happy listening!

Ok thanks! Maybe I'll give this combo a try if I find a used one in Germany. Meanwhile I will check La Rosita beta or Leaudiophil before.. depends what I find first
