I tend to use fixed IP address allocations on my network and only issue a few DHCP addresses for guest/friends on the wi-fi network.

Ian is correct putting on a switch and giving all the items a static IP will allow you to prove its not the router. I have used Sooloos with many different routers even though I prefer Draytek's to anything else.
