My DSP6ks don't have the big slick screen "Meridian" logo on the glass at the bottom. Could that be for the British version?

The different graphics were introduced for the MkII version, along with a dot matrix display. The MkI had serial numbers from 1xx to 3xx and the MkIIs from 4xx. I think 96/24 capability was introduced with the 3xx model.
