Can the app be configured to send and listen on a different TCP / UDP port?

I want to use a different IP to RS232 device, like the Keene IR Commander with RS232 output - here is the advice I got back from Keene.

The Commander can be set to listen on TCP port 9761 for incoming packets. Any data in those packets is output directly (replicated) from the RS232 port. Any reply from the RS232 port is passed back to TCP port 9761
