It may be too early to tell but so far the extra RAM seems to have fixed my locking up issue.

I did try putting in 2GB x 2 RAM but the TwinStore would not work with 4GB RAM, 1GB x 2 for a total of 2GB RAM seems to be the maximum for the TwinStore.

I have not seen a MD600 or MS600 in person yet, I'm not sure what is in those boxes.
