Hmm; can't seem to login with my usual email and password...
Edit: Doesn't recognize my email address when I try a password reset, so am wondering if this is a completely new system. Hope not.

OK so I go to the support hub and want to view the firmware release notes. What do I click?
I notice the Returns Policy is in line with distance selling regs and for online sales.

There seems to be no legacy support or handbooks section etc. - albeit a saved link to a handbook PDF still works, but no way to navigate there from their support page.

I'm having the same problem. It even didn't recognise me after registering a new product and getting a fresh password.
Update. Found out that the email address field is case sensitive and auto caps had started my email with an uppercase, I've got back in now.

Case sensitive email address, that's a bit sloppy. I hope it is fixed as it will catch lots of folk out leading to frustration.

[* Joke for Australians: not a suppository.] Good one Ludwig. Here in Australia I still smile when I think about our opposition leader's "suppository" reference to our prime minister when he should have said "repository". Meridian's new support hub is now all the more needed in Australia because there has been no Meridian partner/dealer/importer since early 2013.

Case sensitive email address, that's a bit sloppy. I hope it is fixed as it will catch lots of folk out leading to frustration. The name part of email address is case sensitive although the domain name should not be. I.e. FredBloggs@domain.com is different to fredbloggs@domain.com But fredbloggs@domain.com is same as fredbloggs@DOMAIN.COM If Geoff's email name started incorrectly with a cap then it was legitimately rejected. However, I agree that mixed case cause confusion as some mail servers use strict case handling whilst others are more lax, including disregarding other characters such as '.' In the email address. But its all down to how the email server is configured and IMHO, it's not up to Meridian to assume that an email address can be treated less strictly than the standards specify.

The vast majority of websites that use email addresses for Username are not case sensitive.
Likewise, Email clients are also not sensitive to case, with the email arriving at the intended user irrespective of the email address used being all upper case, 50% Upper case, or all lower case.
Some Companies do make the Email addresses they give to their Employees case sensitive, but that is very, very unusual.
GMail, Outlook.com, Hotmail, Yahoo, Apple etc., are all not sensitive to case.
Point being here that most people will be used to the above behaviour on other websites and will interpret their "rejection" by the Meridian site as their not being registered... just as the first several posters on this thread misinterpreted why they had been denied access.
It's a simple fix for Meridian to make.

When you are logged in I think the "My Meridian" page is pretty cool. I didn't notice that before so assume it only appears when you login.
