It going to take me ages to re-register all my equipment or can I get the old details into the new system?

BTW. Does anyone know where to find the serial numbers... the help text isn't 100% clear to me as I managed to skip learning latin at school smile

I have the same problem. It doesn't recognise the email address that they still email me on.

Same problem here; must be a bug somewhere

I suspect it is a different system.

Register again and get a new p/w. You will then get the "My M" page.

Me too.

The new system also only lists currently available gear. Not even the LPS.

I can't get in either. If I try to reset password I get:
That e-mail address doesn't have an associated Meridian account. Are you sure you've registered?

I put in the email address correctly, all lower case.

It seems to me it's a new system so you have to register first. When you first register it sends you a password via email to the email address you give when registering. I don't think it knows anything about the old support registration system.

It confused me at first... (and furthermore I couldn't copy/paste the password they sent had to type it in but that might have been me...).

Once in the second time you can change the password to something you'll remember.

Any reason to register (assuming nothing is broken)?

[ANNOUNCEMENT]

I have just received the following information from Meridian:

We *will* all need to create new accounts for the My Meridian registration site as it is completely separate from the old one. Meridian apologizes for the inconvenience, but is looking at options for migrating the existing info to the new area (watch this space).

In addition, please note that the old Support pages can still be accessed via the Partner Hub link at the bottom of the new site pages. Again, relevant info will make its way to the new Support site in due course (some already has).

M did realize that there would be a period of transition, but wanted to get the ball rolling with the new Support site. I have been assured that it will all make sense eventually...

Migrating the Database with Users' Names & Addresses is hard......

But automatically creating Track Level Metadata in existing Sooloos libraries should prove to be very easy laugh wink
