So I have this older GC-100/12 and it runs with an older fimrware (2.0.8-12r2) and the global cache support confirmed the beacon (multicast I'm alive signal every 60 seconds) was added from version 3.0 so the vMSR does not detect it. I have tried entering the IP directly but it does not work. From a computer on the same network I am able to access the config page of the GC100 with internet explorer. Any idea if that could work?
