Could you try:

1) Completely shutting down the vMSR app.
Double push the iPad square button to bring up the currently running apps, press and hold one to bring up '-' next to them, and then press - next to vMSR to completely close it.

2) Confirming the 568.2MM is the system controller.
System in standby and press the 'clear' button on your MSR, so 568 shows 'controller'

3) Using a static IP in the vMSR.

4) Power the 568.2 off with its rear mains switch, and then back on again.

Then try again?

Could you also let me know how the IP2SL gets its network connection please?
Straight from a router, or via a switch?

Anything you would consider unusual about the network perhaps?
