Are you talking new iPad firmware or Sooloos firmware?

There is a known issue with iOS 6.0/6.01 on Safari which prevents Control:Web from working. It's nothing to do with Sooloos firmware and should be fixed in iOS 6.1. Other web browsers may give different results i.e. still work.

Issues affecting other browsers may be down to many browsers sharing the same core WebKit libraries.
