Well my G68 failed recently as well - with quite a bang! My wife spilled her coffee she was so startled.

I duly contacted Audio Images in Sheffield and they handled the repair through Meridian. I just wanted to add my public thanks to Rick and Henry at Audio Images (Sheffield, England) for dealing with the hospitalisation of my 'big silver box' and getting it back to me on Christmas Eve.

I shall certainly be buying my next piece of kit (HD621!) from them when finances allow.
