12v rail failure on the PSU. Fortunately was still under warranty and Meridian in Atlanta are very fast at turning around repairs in my experience.

Also, just got my MS200 - neat little device. Needed a 3.5mm phono to RCA adapter for analog output and, wouldn't you know it, none of the adapters I had in my bits'n'bobs drawers would fit. $@#%%&. All were fat body form that won't clear the chassis to seat properly into the socket. Not a biggie, just requires a trip to Radio Shack, but for anyone planning to use analog output, be advised.
