Sooloos rebooted to "kill" duplications, internet disconnected and backup .... wait, Control:PC would not open. Looks like one needs to be connected to the net for it to work! First time that has been "discovered". Is this correct? Anyway, reconnected, got Control:PC going, disconnected and backup stated. A bit over 3 days for the 9500+ to go into hibernation. Life with Sooloos remains challenging!! But the AQ, flexibilty etc does make it worth the effort.  John

The best laid plans - ran into trouble.
The BU was going fine until .... my guess is it is programmed to connect to M daily so they can check things. But because the internet connection had been removed the system crashed. Had to reconnect to the net to get it going again for the BU to continue. I've disconnected again at the moment but, unless one is prepared to go through the charade each day (around late morning here) then there is no way to avoid the possibility of the doubling etc. But whether or not it would embed into the BU is another question.
Sooloos continues to challenge!!

Since a complete shut down of Sooloos including 808.3/ID40, MC200 and TwinStore over last weekend I have no doubling since restarting on Sunday evening, three and a half days ago. I don't whether the shut down has resolved the problem or whether M have done something conincidentally. In any case, it's welcome.

I did the same with my system on Sunday but now have triplets. The issue hasn't gone away so far as I'm concerned.

Ah well, I was getting duplication pretty regularly and reliably every 24 hours so not getting it for 4 nights I thought it was resolved so sorry to hear apparently not.

Just completed another full backup of 9547 albums - took 3.5 days. But I kept away from opening Control:PC (although the system was used to play using C10) and when I checked just now there was no doubling. No doubt it will come back but fortunately it does not appear to have bothered the backup.

Hi Everybody, To make things even more intresting this problem has made its way in to Control:PC. I have 21 "copies" of one album on my Control:PC. I have 25 "copies" on my Core Control app. Wonder how many there will be before M fixes it? Best regards, Per Nilsson, Sweden
