In Core Control on the iPad I get multiples only in the By This Artist column when I open an album via the Browse tab - but not in the Browse tab itself. I also don't get multiples in the In This Set column where I have sets.

I just got this problem last night, too. Sooloos firmware 2.394 but iPad still on iOS5. After a reboot of the MD600 it was all fine again. I'm not really liking software updates that don't fix any important bugs but do add new "features".

First noticed this today. MD600 using iPad Control.
Good news is I now have twice as many Muppets albums as I thought...!
Sooloos, Roon, G series (with LPS upgrade), 800 series (with LPS upgrade), HD621, AC200, Prime and PS, DSPs old and new.

Hi all happy covers
I now have nine covers as most. Hasn't rebooted it since 20121010 when I read this tread and got the advice to reboot. The reboot just solved the problem for someday or so.
I asked my father if he has this problem too. He have no problems what so ever.
One difference I can see between our systems is that he uses MD600 as storage/core. I use TwinStore and MC200.
Maybe this is the difference that makes the problem? Just a thought. I can't see/notice any patterns in the increasing numbers of covers. First I thought there was a connection between the number of covers and the times I launched the app on my iPad. After some time I realized that there was no connection between these two variables. So back to square one.
I will not reboot my core just for the sake of finding out how many covers there will be before this bug is fixed. So let's hope for plenty of covers!

No problems with my C15 with ControlPC.
Curiously, I had the problem pre-update.

Only one explanation: Meridian is force feeding the 500Gb HD of the MC200s to boost the sales of the new 1Tb MC200

I've noticed the duplicating problem since my Sooloos was new 2 years ago but it is worse since the last update. My system is Control:10 and TwinStores. I've always thought it was a Sooloos multitasking issue.
I think if the Sooloos is hooked to the internet it gets a check from Meridian once a day. They try to do the check in the middle of the night but since I'm in America mine gets checked at about 8:15. It seems if I'm loading or editing when the the "Meridian check" is done that is when I get the duplicate problem.
If someone who gets lots of duplicates wants to check this theory they can simply take their Sooloos system off of the internet accessable network and hold off loading and editing for a few days to check this.
