Were you pulling the display back from the 861 and displaying it on the touchpanel?

It's a really random thing.

The trick is, without touching the Crestron, only power cycling the 861, and it comes right back.

Which Crestron module are you using ? The G68 one ? Full 2-way ? I was using that one but this issue cropped up so I started parsing the string myself and its the same issue.

Using a RS232 protocol analyzer I can see nothing comes back from commands.

I am trying forcing the RTS/CTS and lets see if that has any effect.

It's good to hear that you have seen it work for a long time. Hopefully you mean the full 2-way.

The 1-way control continues to work perfectly. Power cycle the 861 and everything works again.

The MC200 feeds a Crestron source.
