Carl, when you say "reinstall" from Control:WEB what does that mean? I think it means to interogate the router and ascertain the cores IP address and then type that in the browser. I've done that and it initally allows me a limited functionality control. Then it prompts me to "install Control:PC for greater functionality. I've done that twice to no avail.

Is that what you mean?

With regard to reinstalling Control:Web:

Since Control:Web is a flash based interface you should clear all objects from the browser cache then just point the browser back at the Meridian core (in your case the MC200).

That effectively 'reinstalls' Control:Web.
