Carl, when you say "reinstall" from Control:WEB what does that mean? I think it means to interogate the router and ascertain the cores IP address and then type that in the browser. I've done that and it initally allows me a limited functionality control. Then it prompts me to "install Control:PC for greater functionality. I've done that twice to no avail.

Is that what you mean?
