Similar issue found with my MS600

I had a "missing" Sooloos End Point issue with my MS600.

No idea why but ControlPC only saw the Local Zone - similar to your observations.

What I did to fix my issue

I checked with the Sooloos Configuration (which searches the network for all Sooloos devices) and the only one it could see was my ControlPC.
I powered off my MS600 using the power button on the front of the unit. Waited for about 30 seconds. Pulled the mains out of the unit. Waited for 30 seconds. Then plugged it back in and powered back on.

The configuration program then recognised the MS600 and ControPC worked again as it should.
