Hi Chris
Have u looked at the wharfedale diamond 8.1 studio monitors? They are about �180. I've never heard or seen them but a quick google search wouldn't go a miss?

Well my advice would be don't bother. They'll detract from the performance of the DSP5000 and you'll end up not using them. But if you have to.. and at that budget, I'd use these: B**e Companion 20 I thought I'd better keep the brand name off this forum!  Rick

Your probably right rick but my Wife likes the effect of the sound going round the room and I promissed her it would sound like my Dads M system if she let me get the 5k's!
I'll have a look at your suggestion. Don't worry about brand thing. I have Meridian in the blood and always will. I'd buy Meridian without question if I had the cash.
