Has interest waned after the manufacturer's offer, or something else? I'm currently not interested in M's power supply/health check/warranty offer.

Unfortunately, my interest is much greater that my skill to solve the power supply issues myself so I am relying on others like Nick to sort it out. I would like replace the suspect PSU with a clean, quiet, reliable one. U.S. spec. G68J.
