Another New Release John Mayer "Born and Raised"
On first casual spin I felt "this has all been done before" but after several more serious listens it grew on me and I was drawn in, to make the connections to the now obvious styles/influences. I leave others to enjoy making these links.
Introspective, personal and smooth, a very good recording with some great backing performances. IMO his best album and it will remain on my starred list.
