"Mid Air" by Paul Buchanan ex member / singer with Glasgow based "Blue Nile".
His first solo album at age 56 is late night listening at its best, mostly evocative, intimate, personal solo piano and vocal, but on some tracks beautifully subtle subdued strings, backing vocals and brass add the magic that make this a truly memorable listen. No need to play this above 60. Reminds me a lot of Paul Williams, "You and Me Against the World" from "Here Comes Inspiration".
