Listened to Glen Campbell Ghost On The Canvas Surfdog Records tonight. It sounds like this is his last studio recording to bad because it is very good. Some of the songs were cowritten by Glen and Julian Raymond the rest by Jakob Dylan and Paul Westerberg and others. Song like A Better place, A Thousand Lifetimes and Nothing But The Whole Wide World are just a few of my favorites. He definitely put his all into this album take a listen and i am sure you will enjoy it.

And by way of complete contrast, We went to see John Otway last night at the Colchester Headway Theatre, Max 80 seats approx. Wow you do have to go see this guy!!!!!

Being a little vinyl-junkie I'm looking forward to this being available on the black gold, in the mean time the Spotify version sounds brilliant over my head-fi rig, Grace m902b and Denon AH-D7000.

Thanks for this Norwegian introduction Tore_v1. Always good to listen to something new Spotify-SBTouch-562V.2-96/24 5Ks. "The Silicone Veil" sounds good, especially like "White Foxes".

White Foxes is the first single released - and the first song I heard from the album, over a crappy car-radio in the mesmerising mountains of the nothern part of Norway.

Her album The Brothel also has some good tracks, as the title track. I've seen her live twice, once in the Cathedral in Trondheim.

And she plays on a Yamaha CP-70, very nice

Yes this is fantastic music. Equal, musically, to Nakariakov and Hardenberger. Makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. This is beautifully controlled and gives great pleasure. Please listen.

Picked up Lizz Wright The Orchard CD just a few hours ago and sat down to listen to it. Kept me glued to my chair for the whole album has been a while since that has happened. Even my grilfriend sat down to listen to it and agreed it was a good CD. Finally something we both agree on image in that. Songs like Leave Me Standing Alone,This Is and Thank You are some of our favorites.
