I dont have iCloud syncing on.

The Queue disappears regularly for me too. I'm using a 64Gb WiFi iPad2.

I haven't had an app crash yet, but I don't use Focus.

If the queue disappears I shutdown the app and restart and its always refreshed ok, but its a pain.
