Hello,

We are delighted to confirm that Allen Boothroyd will be presenting at the Meridian M6 launch next Thursday 16th February from 3-5pm.

Allen will be talking about Meridian in the home and will unveil the new products - the M6 loudspeaker and 818 reference audio core.

Feedback from CES and ISE has been sensational so we are really looking forward to having the first M6 demonstration system in the UK.

They will also be here for demonstations on the 17th and 18th February.

You need to pre-book your place at the launch or demo days here

Many thanks,
Justin.

I'm tempted to come via train (main reason is to try commuting via public transport to Oxford from where I live). Looking on Google maps, it doesn't appear to be easy getting from Oxford BR to your showrooms? Seems to be some shuttle service but not knowing anything about Oxford, not sure if these are private shuttles etc. etc.

I seem to recall that there's a (free?) ELECTRIC shuttle bus from the station and through the city centre. Unfortunately it's too far to make it from here in the wilds!

Hello

If you would like to travel by train please let me know. We will arrange transport for you from the station to the showroom.

You can either travel to Oxford station or, if you are coming from London or Birmingham, Haddenham and Thame on the Chiltern Railways line.

We also have good rates with some local hotels if you want us to arrange accommodation. Again contact me by PM or call us on 01865 78 2424

Many thanks,
Justin.

How's about an iPad 3 with any Sooloos? It's coming out in early March (apparently) .... I'd be sorely tempted in that case! smile

I'm flying over the pond to coincide with the Bristol event and am awfully tempted by this launch day and the iPad offer too, especially if people think an MS600 would make a good value upgrade to my current system. Would it?

On that note, is anyone traveling through Ringwood / Fordingbridge way who wouldn't mind picking up a jet-lagged HH for fuel money?

Cheers
Simon

Personally I find the MS600 a very worthwhile step up in SQ over the MC200. I believe the same would apply to a C15. Plus you have an extra zone for another system, just add (DSP) speakers/ headphone amp. Not going to Oxford though.

Good luck with the launch today.

Alas, I am unable to make it. I have a date with a beautiful Bond Girl.

NEW APP
Beta version was demonstrated and stated to be with Apple for final approval.
I am not the right person to comment on usability and performance details, although operation looked good.
Release date was optimistically stated as end February early March but caution is probably necessary due to previous history.
