All clubs have rules which members agree to abide by. Most clubs are run by "officers", volunteers and amateurs who give a great deal of time and effort for the benefit of others.

If people do not like the rules then they should not join. If they do not like how the club is run, including how the rules are applied, then they can become officers themselves. Otherwise the club officers deserve gratitude and support.
