You should obfuscate his email or it will be flooded with spam.

I add my name to the growing list of testimonials for Marc Koval's "The Repair Shop". The power supply on my G98DH failed and Marc was able to repair the unit in a cost effective and timely manner. Without Marc I may not have repaired the unit and it would have remained dark.

Boy, this is a great "me too" addition...
Me too! Me too!
I had some power issues, and even behind a surge supressor two quick brownouts and an aging power supply added up to one dead 861v4.
I shipped mine off right around Thanksgiving and it was in and out in only a couple of business days in better condition than I sent it in. I can't speak highly enough of Marc, and I've known him for a number of years. He knows his stuff and he charges reasonable rates for his services.
Cheers,

Marc recently travelled to my house 4 hrs each way and installed new tweeters all around, updated the software on all my equipment. We also agreed that he would fine tune my setup and perform any minor adjustments/repairs while here. This included tightening all drivers, spiking front speakers after placement/toein,setup and calibration, several runs of MRC as we tried different bass scenarios. I was pleased at how fairly his services are priced. As my dealer is 450 miles away, his suggestion to use Marc to do the tweeter install and software update was brilliant. My system has never sounded so good and the bass is killer. I have 2 15 inch subs and his deployment of them has produced the most tuneful balanced bass I have ever heard. The 6000s in front are running full range for music, while the front sub is supporting the 5500 vertical center crossed over at 40hz and the rear sub crossed over at 30 Hz for the rear 5500s. If you are geographically challenged and need a house call, I would urge you to call Mark. His access to Meridian in Atlanta for parts meant when I called him last Tuesday, he could be at my house with the tweeters in hand on Thursday. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Marc is a godsend! I recently had him fix my G68J - two faulty DSP boards were replaced and the power supply upgraded. My kit is better than new. He was responsive and was in touch at every step of the process. Thanks to Marc, my family and I can enjoy the marvels of Meridian 7.1 sound with many new Blu-Ray discs that were gifted for Christmas (played with a modified Oppo 83 fed into the G68 MHR).
G68J & a modified OPPO 83.

Just has the PS replaced on a G61, and a pair of M60's assessed for problems. Quick turnaround, reasonable price, excellent communication.
Great service all the way around.

Just wanted to add my $.02. I haven't had experience with Marc's repair work, but he has been graciously trying to help me diagnose a recurring problem with my G68. He's knowledgeable, helpful, and easy going. Together with the other testimonials on this thread, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for repair work.

Okay, then Marc has come to Europe for three weeks of "vacation". We have a 80 square meter apartment in our house. And for a start I know about my two and one G68 from Hamburg in need of surgery. Meridian should sponsor the flight to make their European customers happy! Peter

Another satisfied customer! Thanks for Marc for your quick turnaround on my G68 PSU changeover. Greatlt appreciate it!
For anyone considering using Marc's services, please note Marc recently fixed my G68 and had it returned to me - over the holidays no less - so that I can bring the unit back with me.
He was very accessible and easy to do business with and I am greatly appreciative of the service provided.
Thanks.
