I think its great that we have this resource available to us in the US. But I'm kinda surprised Meridian are willing to work in partnership with Marc, as he appears to be a direct competitor to their own service dept. Are they hoping and encouraging Marc to take over all out of warranty repairs? Just an odd situation since parts are unavailable for purchase directly from Meridian.
