I could do with some advice. A G68ADV on its way to me, if I have read all online manuals upfront correctly, it will not have OSD via composite video, just video "switching". For me a major drawback, as I do not work with RS232 (no PC noise is allowed), but my source and processor system are located behind me.

So I would love to have the processor menu and the tweaks I do visible on a small TV (as was with 561 and 565) in front of me. Hate to turn around smile

Is there any way to make that happen without spending big money?

Cheers, Andreas

LOL....I bet that took you a while to do smile

FWIW - I have often had the same issue with the processor being out of sight. Hence I am known to wish for a 512 with a built in display.

Hmmm.... I was thinking to myself ..... in my 15 years of owning one or other of the Meridian processors, I have never used really "Comms". Can that be somehow be used, does it carry OSD information to older speaker displays?

Did Meridian ever offer a remote display that can be bought to be placed soemwhere with a comms cable?

Just a sensor which you would use when the controller is not within IR sight. It has no display but imagine how useful it would be if it did !!!!
