Two Zinio questions:

We have one iPad. If we have two Zinio accounts (my wife and myself) is it easy to log out and log back in through the iPad app? Is it happy to download everything again each time?

And is the selection of titles available in each territory the same? (Looks like it is, but does anyone know definitively?)

Don't want to jump into that system without knowing the possibilities.
