I do believe the implementation of apodizing in the 808.3 is the best that Meridian currently offers. That plus the lower noise in the 808.3 offsets the disadvantage of the jitter reintroduced by the speakerlink out to the 861v6. The 808.3 is the best two channel source Meridian makes.
