You may feel better, but Meridian will walk away. I can imagine how easily they will feel justified in dismissing this forum as emotional and irrational (I am not saying that this would be justified).

Bridges need to be built and friendships renewed.

I know that we feel let down, misled and unvalued. And there have been many other problems such as the HD621 not handshaking properly when first launched; or the fiasco of the AC12 not only being required for non-SL speakers and new processors but also not working with standard comms leads.

But the key question is , how do we make things better?
