If you're "tight" on budget and light on equipment don't by new, there is some fantastic used M kit out there.

Looking at your signature box, it appears you're more in to movies than music. If this is the case, I would favour the 7000s as they have more punch.
However, of course for movies, you really want multi-channel; a 5.0 system as a minimum. So you might be better off, buying a used pair of 5200s (there is a great pair in the restaurant right now) and using the "spare" cash towards a multi-channel setup. Say a 5200HC and a G68 (or even a 568.2.mm) with a pair of analogue rears just for now and a view to replacing them with another pair of DSPs at a latter date, a pair of 5000s 96/24 may be.
